Local Project Inc.

Since its beginning in 2003, LP has served as a gallery for art exhibitions, organizing multidisciplinary shows, bringing together both young and experienced artists for collective shows. The shows are put together between the artists, the LP crew, and volunteers. As artists we understand the need for an alternative space and platform for showing art as well as fostering community. Our selection criteria for showing work and our emerging curators program is decided with the LP board members and guest curators. Local Project accepts both artist and emerging curator proposals of all genres and mediums on a rolling basis. We evaluate project proposals as a team and base feasibility on available resources. We work closely with the artists in producing shows, installations and events.
